You’ll be part of a team that’s values-driven, people-first, and just the right amount of quirky. You’ll work across our business as usual services, as well as getting involved in the transition phase of a range of projects — big and small — helping us understand what’s needed, why it matters, and how to make it happen. You’ll be the bridge between projects and operations, making sure none of our work is thrown over the fence.
What you’ll do:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and drive solutions.
- Ensure timely and effective implementation of service improvements.
- Lead continuous process enhancements to optimize service delivery.
What you’ll bring:

- Someone who’s happiest when they’re solving problems and creating awesome outcomes.
- A clear communicator and relationship builder who can work across technical and non-technical teams.
- A values-driven professional who wants their work to mean something.
- Someone who could do other jobs — maybe even higher-level or higher-paying ones — but chooses this one because it aligns with what matters most.
Why join our team?
- Be part of a meaningful transformation that supports humanitarian outcomes.
- Enjoy flexibility, collaboration, and the occasional office bake-off.
- Use your skills to make a real difference in people’s lives.
