  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the shop, including presentation, stock-sorting, pricing and opening and closing procedures
  • Create a welcoming, stylish shopping experience for customers
  • Drive sales by engaging customers, identifying needs, and recommending products to meet targets
  • Promote and manage incoming donations to maintain an exceptional product range.

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a management role, preferably in retail or a customer service-orientated role,
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Enthusiasm for sustainable fashion and community impact coupled with demonstrated knowledge of clothing brands
  • Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to manage difficult situations and de-escalate conflicts effectively.
  • Knowledge of ensuring all goods are priced within the Price Guidelines
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including at least one weekend day as required
