Advisor Digital Marketing
12 month Fixed Term
Full time - 37.5 hours per week

At New Zealand Red Cross, we are here for humanity. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering digital marketing activity that grows awareness, drives engagement, and supports the success of our campaigns, services and brand. You’ll support managing our digital, website and social media channels, contribute to campaigns, and ensure our online presence reflects our mahi and connects meaningfully with audiences across Aotearoa New Zealand.

In this role you will:
- Manage and support the delivery of digital marketing campaigns
- Oversee and coordinate updates to the New Zealand Red Cross website — both content and functionality
- Support the implementation of our social media strategy and help manage day-to-day activity across our social channels
- Monitor and report on digital performance, using insights from paid and organic content to inform future activity
- Work closely with suppliers, agencies, and colleagues across the organisation to deliver high-quality, audience-focused digital marketing
Who are we looking for? – Mā wai te mahi nei?
To be successful you will have:
- Experience managing digital and social media channels, with strong knowledge of digital marketing best practice
- Confidence working across platforms including CMS tools, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and eDM tools
- Solid experience in content creation and coordination for digital channels
- Strong writing skills and the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and platforms
- The ability to analyse and report on performance data and audience insights
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Experience working with brand guidelines and contributing to consistent brand expression across channels
- A proactive, can-do approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A relevant tertiary qualification and at least 3–5 years’ experience in a digital marketing or communications role
