Property Change Lead
Fixed Term Position until 30 June 2027

NZRC offers a total remuneration approach of $95,443.00 for this role, which comprises of base salary as well as employer contribution to KiwiSaver. The Property Change Lead will bring their experience developing, managing and delivering property change projects as well as a strong capability for ensuring they are delivered in partnership with the people impacted by the change. In addition, your knowledge of maturing property and facility frameworks to support future projects would be valuable.
In this role you will:
- Lead end to end property change projects and oversee property change initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery while supporting impacted teams throughout the transition
- Engage with internal and external providers, such as IT, suppliers, landlords and contractors, to ensure projects are staged effectively and business continuity is maintained
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships by collaborating with internal communications teams to delivery timely updates and ensure transparency throughout each project
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring all projects adhere to health, safety and regulatory requirements
- Manage budgets and actively lead the development of property and facility frameworks and guidelines
Who are we looking for? – Mā wai te mahi nei?
To be successful you will have:
- Degree level education
- Minimum 2 – 3 years experience leading property change initiatives, including office fit-outs, relocations and renovation projects
- Experience in developing detailed project plans and transition strategies
- Demonstrated ability to deliver and embed property changes that align with stakeholder needs and orgnaisational goals
- Experience in managing facilities in office or operational environments with an awareness of ESG improvement initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities with a proactive, solution-orientated approach to challenges.
- Comfortable working autonomously, taking initiative and driving projects forward with minimal supervision
