HR Business Partner

About the role:
Are you passionate about people, best practice HR, and driving positive change? At New Zealand Red Cross, you’ll have the chance to make a genuine impact on the employee experience. In this role you’ll:
- Work closely with Principal and Senior HR Business partners providing support to our workforce across New Zealand, enacting HR solutions and supporting employment relations and culture-building initiatives.
- Champion the use and development of HR tools and resources, ensuring employees and People Leaders can effectively utilise these tools.
- Support key HR projects including change management, annual remuneration review, six monthly performance partnership processes.
About you:
- You’ll bring practical Human Resources experience, ideally at the Advisor level, with 3 years relevant recent experience in New Zealand employment environment.
- You’re an effective communicator, skilled at building relationships and promoting people centric outcomes.
- You have experience in a generalist HR role within a dynamic environment, bringing a holistic perspective to processes, with a people-first mindset.
- Experience supporting change processes is a bonus.
- You’re passionate about technology and data analysis, always eager to leverage them to improve HR practices.
